Last March, with your support and your positive vote, you gave us approval and hope for finally achieving a New White Flint community that we all collectively want and that the County needs. Hundreds of people from the White Flint community worked for years to make this happen and the Council rewarded our efforts.

Unfortunately, the Executive is now taking it all away with his budgetary pen.

As a member of the Council you can prevent this and ensure the success of The New White Flint.

In order to achieve a New White Flint we need:

1. A $650 million transportation infrastructure financing plan that is fair, workable and sufficient to make the new Sector Plan a reality starting in 2011.

2. To accept the commercial landowners
